Hoodie with Artwork

I am looking to have a hoodie designed with vibrant artwork to really make it pop. The type of artwork I need is a digital drawing. I do have a specific design in mind, so I'm looking for an artist who creates amazing digital art with a great eye for detail. Lastly, I need the artist to provide me with the digital art to send to the apparel manufacturer. This project should reflect a passion for creating great artwork that will truly bring my hoodie to life.
