Homepage Text Color Adjustment

I'm looking for a skilled web designer to help edit the font/text colors and format of the home page of our website. Currently, the text is too light for the background, making it hard to read.

Requirements:
- Change font color to dark colors for better readability
- Adjust text color for headers and body text
- Possibly create a more visually appealing text box for the "Adopt a Day" section
