Homepage Banner Design Needed

I'm looking to have a banner added to my website's homepage. This project is specifically focused on designing and adding a banner to the homepage of my website. The banner should be 728x90 pixels in dimension and should be designed to fit the overall aesthetic of my website.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:

- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
