Holiday greeting gif

I require a freelancer who can skillfully create an elegant, sophisticated holiday greeting gif with sophistication and elegance for use in private messaging, like whatsapp, with two versions of text. Preferred to incorporate red white and blue colors, or rainbow, or elephants. The goal is to be well recieved by both US and Thai recipients.
