Hiring experienced package designer

I'm looking for a talented, reliable designer with experience in retail packaging. The project would be multipart, with the first phase being development of a simple 4/4 backer card for an industrial product. The brand/logo are established, some elements of previous design will be available for consideration. Timeline is 2-3 days for first concept. Die is created, will sent here in AI (other assets will be sent upon initiation). Direction will be provided, 2-3 options will be needed. Must see samples for consideration.
