Hiring UI/UX Designer for Full App Design

I am looking for a serious UI/UX designer to design a complete mobile application from scratch.

? About the App:
A social voice rooms + community platform with:
• Voice rooms (hosts, co-hosts, members system)
• Trending rooms
• Posts (text & images, likes, comments)
• Store with virtual currency (CP / Coins)
• 9 Events pages
• User profiles (full activity view)
• Agency / guild system (leaders, admins, members)
• Admin & host management system

? Design Requirements:
• Modern, clean, and premium UI
• High-quality icons and buttons
• Consistent user experience
• Must be better than a 7-year-old reference app (used only as inspiration)

⚙️ Work Conditions:
• Full complete app design (not partial work)
• Number of screens not fixed (designer handles full structure)
• Daily progress required
• Full completion required before payment release
• I had a bad experience before, so commitment is important
