I need the attached logo recreated as a high-resolution file.

Requirements:
- Add "Life After Virginia" below "LAVA"
- Replace "Athletes by Athletes" with "For Athletes by Athletes"
- Provide in PNG and JPEG formats
- Make sure it can be printed on Dark backgrounds as well as white backgrounds
- Use custom colors as per my requirements
