We are launching a premium clothing brand focused on quality, aesthetic appeal, and well-structured design. Our first collection will be limited in size but well-curated, with a strong emphasis on high-quality materials and sophisticated styling. We are seeking an experienced fashion designer to bring our vision to life through detailed designs and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development: Work with us to refine the aesthetic, color scheme, and material selection for the collection.
Technical Pack Creation: Develop comprehensive tech packs for manufacturers, including detailed sketches, material specifications, measurements, and construction details.
Sizing & Fit Guidance: Ensure the collection accommodates standard and petite sizing with precise fit adjustments.
Material Consultation: Collaborate on selecting fabrics that align with our brand’s quality standards.
Sampling Support: Assist in the sampling process, coordinating with local manufacturers in Australia as needed.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced in fashion design with a portfolio showcasing previous collections.
Strong understanding of technical design, pattern making, and garment construction.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or other relevant design software.
Knowledgeable about fabric sourcing and textile selection.
Experience creating tech packs for manufacturers is essential.
Familiarity with streetwear, luxury basics, or contemporary fashion is a plus.
Additional Information
We are open to remote collaboration but prefer candidates with experience working with Australian manufacturers.

If you have connections with fabric suppliers or textile factories, that would be a bonus.
