Need ui/ux design for mobile application that includes, manages rules for allowing/blocking messages on mobile device.
where:
1. web application: the admin will define a list of rules, that enable/disables received messages from being accepted by the mobile phone.
2. on mobile device, whenever a message is received by the mobile device (sms or whatsup) the application will check the received message and analyze it according the rules defined, then it will either allow the message to be show ion whatsup/sms or block it with a suitable alert for the user, that a message was received but it is blocked, since it do not comply to the defined policy
