Help with Book Cover Formatting & Upload

I'm seeking guidance on formatting and uploading my 8.5 x 8.5 book cover from Procreate to IngramSpark. The cover is currently in JPEG format. I have experience with Canva, but I'm not a pro with IngramSpark.
What I need help with:
- Using IngramSpark's template: I have attempted this before, but I need assistance to ensure I'm doing it correctly.
- Uploading the cover to IngramSpark: I could use help with this step as well.
- Troubleshooting: When saving to files, the cover changes size and color. I would like guidance on how to avoid this.
