Help Me Design Athleisure/Activewear Apparel

Hello, I am opening a business in athleisure/activewear. I am mostly interested in creating designs for women. I want to build this business sustainably and ethically with a large amount of the profits going to feeding and helping stray animals and providing resources for impoverished parts of the world. I already have a manufacturer but need to send in tech packs. I've got some designs in mind already as I personally love creating but I need assistance with someone that has more experience than I do.
