Health bars graphics for MMORPG game

Hi!

We're looking for a skilled artist who would be capable of creating an image for us
We're in need of player bars for our MMORPG game
There would be 3 fillable bars inside of 1 background image
Below attached are what we're going for
Trying to recreate the attached image as close to as possible with slight changes

-Please notice the shadows coming from the bottom line onto the separate bars
-Also notice the whiteish line above the red bar

-The 3 bars would be compact and would only be separated by black space
-Colors would be " Green / Blue / Yellow from top to bottom
-We would not include the vertical lines segmenting the bars
-The Green (top) bar would be twice the size as the blue and yellow bars ( reference the image )
-When the images are sliced make sure that the images are sliced in a way that one can be placed over the other and the inner part (the bar) fits perfectly if the native size is used
-Try to keep the slice in the POT, if not possible then send the required dimensions while trying to keep it in POT ( Power of two )
