Hamptons Style Facade Colour Visualisation — 30 Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need an experienced graphic designer to apply Hamptons-style exterior colour schemes to photos of a renovation project I am managing for a client. This is a two-storey residential house — you can see exactly what you are working with from the photos attached. It is a standard residential home, not a large complex or multi-storey building, so please price accordingly.
Please read this entire brief before submitting your bid. I can tell the difference between a genuine response and an auto-generated or copy-paste bid. If your reply does not reference the brief, I will decline it immediately. I am not going to negotiate on price after the fact — give me your best and final price upfront and if it is right I will award you the job on the spot. I do not have time to go back and forth with multiple people.
Photos: I will attach 2-3 photos of the property with this job. Please use these photos only. The property can also be found on Google Street View if you need additional angles — I will provide the address privately once the job is awarded.
Style direction — Hamptons coastal
Warm whites, creams and soft naturals only. Crisp and airy. No dark colours, no charcoal, no bold or saturated colours. One soft grey-white option is acceptable per group. This is a river-facing property — the result should feel like a beautiful Hamptons or Queensland coastal home.
The 5 paintable elements on this property:
Roof + fascia + gutters
Timber cladding (upper level)
Brick (lower level)
