I am looking for an EXPERIANCED FREELANCER that will build a website for my Digital Agency. You must have experience in HTML, CSS and CMS. You can use any free CMS out there no specific requirements on which CMS to use

Key Features:
- The website must be designed using HTML, CSS and CMS
- Website will have the following 5 pages: Homepage, About, Services, Blog and Contact

- Need to allow customers submit a inquiry by filling a form on the website
- Website needs to achieve 90%+ scores when tested on: https://pagespeed.web.dev/
- Blogs need to be managed through a CMS and some website content as well
