HMI (Human/Machine Interface) for industrial machine

Engineers created the operating menu of an equipment but we need to have a graphic designer to improve the design aspect of the user interface. We would like to have menus that would make the equipment looks futuristic and technologically advanced. The project contains a total of 4 menus that a mock up will be done by our team but will need to add design to it (see mock up example attached). Each button needs to be a separate jpeg image when delivered in order to load the icon in the HMI software (Twincat) and attach action to it. The image attached to this demand is only 1 menu but the equipment will have a total of 4 of them. The users will be navigating through each menu by pressing the icon on top. Location and size of each element can be adapted to look nicer. We would like to have the project done in 3 phases for each menu as follow. Phase 1 : General design concept to choose style. Phase 2 : Overall concept of the each menu. Phase 3 : Complete design with segregated images. Each phase will go through a design review with our team and you and will probably need around 2 iterations to obtain an acceptable concept. Thanks
