Gymnastics Picture Book for Toddlers

I’m creating a short, read-aloud picture book that introduces the fun of gymnastics to children aged 3-5. The tone needs to stay light, encouraging, and age-appropriate, with clear, simple sentences that invite interaction from an adult reader.

Visually, I want bright, cartoonish illustrations that capture the energy of tumbling, balance-beam walks, and playful stretching—nothing too busy, but lively enough to keep a preschooler’s eyes on the page. Think bold colours, friendly facial expressions, and plenty of movement lines so young readers can practically feel the flips.

The manuscript will be somewhere in the 20–24 page range (roughly one short paragraph or two to three sentences per spread). I’ll supply a loose outline of key skills and vocabulary once we start; you’ll shape the narrative flow and design the characters. The final hand-off should include:

• Print-ready PDF with full-bleed spreads
• Separate high-resolution PNGs of each illustration (transparent background)
• Source files (PSD or AI), well-layered for any later tweaks

I also need a cover that matches the internal art style and leaves space for a title placement. Please keep text safely within trim lines and follow standard bleed margins (0.125").
