Guide Book Design for ESL Teachers/students
- Desired Length: Less than 50 pages (16 pages of instructions, 30+ pages of lesson plan/student handbook)

Project Overview:
We are seeking a talented designer to create a visually appealing and user-friendly guide book for ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers. The guide book will serve as a valuable resource for teachers working with students of various age groups and English proficiency levels.
Key Requirements:
1. Creative Design: We are open to suggestions for the style of design, and we encourage designers to showcase their creativity and expertise in creating visually engaging content.
2. User-Friendly Layout: The guide book should have a clear and organized layout that allows teachers to easily navigate through the content and find the information they need.
3. Concise Content: As the desired length of the guide book is less than 50 pages, it is crucial to present the information in a concise and easy-to-understand manner, ensuring that it is accessible for teachers with different levels of experience.
4. Engaging Visuals: The guide book should incorporate relevant and visually appealing images, charts, and graphs to enhance understanding and engagement.
5. Relevant Experience: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in designing educational materials, particularly for ESL or language learning purposes.
6. Gitlab and concurrent collaboration skills are required.
