Great looking Broschure needed 1 page

We need to make a great 1 page promo broschure that will be printed on thick paper and handed to customers and partners. The brand used is renovate.se so check colors and style there. For exact text we can use the attached image of another construction company leaflet and we can edit texts later but of course we need a unique and nicer looking design.
