We are a grassroots football academy looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to create a professional and visually engaging player profile template. This template will be used to showcase individual players’ basic information, performance stats, training progress, and personal development goals.

Project Requirements:

A4-size editable template (preferably in PowerPoint, Canva, or editable PDF)
Space for:
Player’s photo
Full name, age, position, jersey number
Technical & physical ratings (e.g., passing, dribbling, speed, stamina)
Achievements and goals
Coach’s comments section
Training attendance & commitment
Personal development notes or IDP (Individual Development Plan)
Design must be modern, clean, and aligned with youth sports branding
Our academy colors and logo will be provided for integration
Final file should be fully editable so we can update each profile internally
