Graphics for a trailer

We need to have a graphic for our band trailer. We are going to print it large so it would need to be a vector. We have two logos to incorporate. The title is "Pueblo county High School Marching Hornets" Subtitle "The Arts Academy At PCHS Pueblo Colorado".
