Graphics designs and techpacks for apparels

I'm looking for a talented designer who specializes in graphics designs and techpacks for apparels. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can create high-quality designs for t-shirts. I have some references that can be used as an inspiration for the designs, but I am open to the designer's creativity in order to create something unique. Lastly, I need more than 7 apparel designs, so flexibility is required. Can you help me bring my vision to life?
