Graphics Designer to Update Look and Feel of Online and Offline Marketing Materials

I am running a conference and i need a designer to help me update the look and feel of the conference marketing materials. This includes (but not limited to) online banners, high res images for physical backdrops etc. Historic materials will be provided (see attached for some examples) to provide direction. The project must be done quickly so we can launch the new website.
