Graphic for invite and t-shirt (mad hatter inspired)

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create an inviting and unique graphic for my upcoming event. The design should be inspired by iconic Mad Hatter style art. The final graphic will need to serve two purposes - an invitation design and a t-shirt design. While I do have an idea in mind, I'm open to creative suggestions from the designer. If possible would like to include the two people in the attached picture as Alice and the Mad Hatter. The title of the event is “It’s a Mad, Mad Wonderful World!” The size of the graphic needs to be medium sized. I'm looking forward to seeing the creative submissions!
