Graphic for a NFT project - Initial single image - 1 character

I'm posting this to find the best idea for an nft project. The winner of this will be our first choice for the creation of the entire NFT collection of 5000+ images.

- I need a SINGLE design in 1000px X 1000px and from the winner I expect the original psd / ai source files.
- It must be an original design, handmade draw

DESIGN:
In the center:
An handmade draw of a character of a face in pop art style that can be variated in some traits.
The key of this face is the wig, it must be big and evident: curly, rasta but very evident.

They need to be funny and pleased.

Background:
This character must stay in a middle of a pixeled image background.
At the moment the theme of the background is the beach.
