Graphic designing

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to help bring my project to life. Specifically, I need a new banner design for this project. I'm open to suggestions on color and style - the designer has full freedom to choose whatever they think works best. Ultimately, my goal is to have a Vector File that I can use when needed.
