Graphic designer to remake our business card

Our office relocated and we would like new business cards. Same design but with updated address, name and email. I attached the original card design. Also, a new design for appointment cards. We want black font on an all white card. The back can be our Dental Bar logo with the cup. The designer will need to create a new design for the appointment cards. One side with our logo then the backside with Appointment Details like "Appointment Date/Time" and "Scheduled With". We have an image already for one side of the card, we just need the office information and appointment details side to be remade.
