Graphic designer needed to help growing self storage company

We are a growing self storage company with 20+ locations throughout the US. We have a solid logo and brand colors, but don't have many brand guidelines outside of that. We need someone that can help us figure out fonts/styles for our various print materials (signs/notices inside our offices, flyers, advertisements, billboards, etc.) and design things for us. This would not be a huge time commitment, maybe be a 2-3 little design projects a month on average after the initial batch.
