Graphic designer needed to create ebooks

We are a real estate development and consulting company that is in need of a graphic designer who can create ebooks using InDesign. The content is already written and available via Google drive/dropbox so ebook compilation, formatting, and design are critical needs. At a completed project, we would need the finished ebook as a pdf, the indesign file, an .ai image of the "cover photo", and vertical and horizontal CTA .ai files. new freelancers needed.
