Graphic designer need for Research Report!

I am looking for an individual with experience in creating charts and visualising data for research reports, ideally, someone who has a keen understanding of socioeconomic structures, gender studies, or social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design the research report with appropriate visuals, charts, and graphs to make it easier to read
- Design the general look of the research report
Required Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
-Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication and time management skills.
