Graphic designer for t-shirt sayings

We are starting a funny kids t-shirt company. We have about 30 cute and funny t-shirt sayings (with simple clip art for most of them), and we need to hire a graphic designer with related experience. Our website will be connected to middle-man company [login to view URL], which will be responsible for working with the manufacturer and distributor. Looking to pay the designer $40 per shirt. We will pay $40 for the first effort; no "free sample" needed. If you're the right fit, we could give you all the work; i.e., $40 x 25.
