Graphic designer for logo

We are a junior football club called the Greenacres Dragons. We are after a drawn logo of a Dragon in a green outline wearing a black AFL football Gurnsey with a green sash running from shoulder to hip diagonally. We would like the dragon to be standing up with his arms folded, slight side profile of the face and tail curling around the front of the dragon on the floor. This is a urgent job. We will provide you with the image of the football playing top so you can match colours.
