Graphic designer for graphic urban street wear clothing brand needed.

I need graphics created for my clothing brand! I am willing to pay about $250 per design but I have been having my brand on pause due to looking for a new graphic designer with the right talent. If you can make graphics like the one attached this would be a suitable job for you. I have most of my ideas ready on what I need created but could also use insight and help. I am also needing a website created and will pay for that as well, I set the price at $250 meaning per design.
