Graphic designer/SEO 3 -- 4

Looking for a designer and a writer to be able to create wedding templates I will need to approve each of the wedding templates. I do need to like the templates. I will need to be able to communicate with the designer and receive updates on a daily basis if not I will end the job. There needs to be a start date and an end date for each of the milestones. How much would you charge me to create 12 wedding templates and write content and SEO I don't do upfront payments I will create milestones and release Milestone payment when the job has been completed and working correctly I will explain the job in more detail when we have a conversation this will be a ongoing job we will need to sign an NDA and an IP agreement.
