Graphic design and write a professional marketing package - brochure, guide

I’m looking for a marketing expert that can create a professional marketing package that I can email and/or print for prospective clients. The target market are first responders, specifically firefighters. brochure, poster, guide, etc. I want to use this package to send pdf to prospective clients to give them a little information about our program. I’d also like an our operational manual to be edited to have the same professional brand and look as the brochure.
