Graphic design work on a MS WORD document

Hi, I have a Word document that I use as form to send to potential clients. It looks 1980s and is in need of some update in terms of giving it a modern look of a flyer or marketing info (that can be filled in with information though). The document is filled in certain locations with individual information (highlighted in orange in the attached document), the client logo inserted, then made into a PDF and sent out. If anyone has a better idea to do that instead of WORD, I am happy to hear. But I only have MS Office on my computer so it cant be any other app.
