Graphic design of large report

Looking for a graphic designer (would prefer someone based in Australia)

We are a small but impactful not-for-profit looking for a graphic designer to design our next report which will be released in March. The report would be between around 100-120 pages and we would want the design to be quite similar to the most recent report that was released, for continuity – see here: https://islamophobia.com.au/resources/ In terms of timing, all the work would need to be carried out in February 2023 but we are keen to lock in a graphic designer asap.
