Graphic design help needed for packaging and logo of confectionary business

We are starting a popcorn business and need help compiling art / wording etc onto our product packaging dieline (we don’t know much about vector images, dielines etc so need help with the IT side). Attached are rough ideas of what we are wanting help with. We will be doing all of the art ourselves and need help putting this in the right format etc
