Graphic design for Hebrew Wordpress website

Hi
I need graphic design for an Hewbrew Wordpress site.
It is from right to left in writing, reading, all directions of menus etc.!
The website is: www.rega1.co.il
The current design there of the site is temporary, just a platform to upload the contents, which will be more or less the same, and of course will be added, by Elementor Pro.
In general, the aim of the site is stories, posts and examples about inventing games, and to be a platform to sell in the future social/gaming activities, so it builds the reputation for that also.
It will be with links to a parralel face group in the same subject.
The site is so about games and playing.. :)
The spirit of the site should be happiness, games, fun and joy.
It is aimed to mature people, not children!
The main page contains temporay logo, which is bussiness card, and the logo is part of it and should be seperated.
In the main page, there is an article about the site and games, with my picture (the site is my personal baby).
I thought about the concept of gums/surprises machines, which reminds what i wrote for the spirit. I am open for other ideas of concepts.
The site contains menu with 2 options. Each option temporarily is built as questions and answers, based on Wordpress add-on.
I wish to see the 'questions'/subjects in each list, as a graphic catalog, of course connected to the idea/concept of the site.
In each post we will create constant format for its parts, with graphic sign/icon for each section (many posts talk about games, in Hebrew of course).
I will answer and contact ONLY with people who read this desciption, and visited the site.
Again, it is my baby, and i wish to find a partner to build it. After the design i will be able of course to continue to add posts by myself.
