Graphic design expert needed for very specific company logo

i have an idea for my company logo, i have some images for reference. i need someone who will actually listen to my specific requirements, i have tried a few people on different sites , they take forever and do not listen to the project brief

The tree climber must be similar to attached file arb1, with the tree shape similar to the one in attached file arb2. The rope must attach to the tree towards the top of the tree. it must be detailed enough to see the climber has a chainsaw attached to him. im looking for a silhouette logo that can be used on workwear and vehicles, and also printed and digital media
