Graphic design of a business plan

I need a graphic designer to design my business plan. It must be designed with beautiful blue colour background, and you must represent the texts in the business plan with diagrams, images and illustrations.
I will show you some samples to have some good insights of what I am looking to achieve and you should do similar thing and even a better one.
For Team Bio/Profile photos which you will use in the business plan you will take them from the website: www.africunia.org, under ''Team'' section of the website. If you need their HD quality photos I can send you in a separate file.
