Graphic design assistance for strategic business plan / pitch

I’m looking to pitch a strategic business plan for a construction company and I want a graphic designer to create the report for me from content I’ll provide. Looking for a creative, modern feel - ideally not something the company will have seen and very different to traditional business plan styles.

I will need a draft report with 2 days of me providing content, with final report within 1 day of comments.
Ideally provided in MS Word so I can edit if needed
