I need a person who can come up with a artistic concept (based on detailed criteria) for a postal envelop. The requirement will be to understand the criteria that I give and come up with 3 basic concepts. Out of these, we will agree on one concept and this needs to be drawn (ink, chalk, colour or paint) on a envelop.There will be around 20 such designs required over a 12 month period.
