Graphic Unfolding in Illustrator at 1:1 Scale

I need the graphic for the box in the picture to be unfolded in Illustrator, but it has to be at a 1:1 scale, with 1:1 dimensions, 1:1 anything on it (text, pictures, everything) the same for the label. I can send you the clearest pictures possible; if that's okay, otherwise I'll send a scan, but the scan i can send monday, when i go to work, cause i don't have a scanner home. But the guy from printer asked for an Illustrator file with 1:1 dimensions, meaning you will ask me for the dimensions and I will measure them, or I can send pictures with a ruler on them.
