Graphic Designs T Shirt

Hello, I am looking for a teenager style talented graphic designer to create some awesome designs for t-shirts! Looking for an illustrative style of design, with an agreed upon color palette. These designs will be printed on t-shirts and must be ready in high quality EPS and JPG format. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a must and will be very helpful.
