Hi! I'm Johannes, the media/promotion-do-it-all for The Innhopp Project (TIP). We organise unique skydiving experiences in Norway, Seychelles, Namibia, Slovenia, Colombia etc. I myself have been producing photo/video/graphic design/editing/print ads/social media for the past 10 years for my own brand and for TIP the past 1,5 years. I'm ok with all of it but no specialist in any field.

Now we wanna level up and find someone great. Below you can read the description of what we need. We need someone who's available when we need and for us, personal match is very important, so also tell us a a bit about your personal life and what you like to do on your spare time.

Over the next 12 months, probably 50-150 hours of work is needed from you, so it’s not a small position.

Type: Freelance
Location: Remote (with optional in-person collaboration depending on location) Should be available during at least 6 hours of CET (Oslo time)
Language: English (must be proficient, avoiding misspelling or grammatical errors)



Main Purpose

To design visually engaging materials for both digital and print formats that support our social media presence, marketing campaigns, and physical promotion efforts. This includes content for Instagram, Facebook, and print, with a consistent brand identity.



Responsibilities

Social Media Design
• Design ready-to-use Instagram post templates and individual post graphics
• Create Facebook ad visuals optimized for Meta Ads
• Design Facebook Event Cover images in the correct format, style, and tone
• Prepare assets for Stories and Highlights if needed

Print Design
• Design print-ready advertisements for posters, flyers, or local publications
• Create pamphlets or brochures (e.g., trifold, single-page, etc.)
• Design signage or event banners (if needed)
• Prepare all files for professional printing (CMYK color mode, bleeds, etc.)

Branding & Layout
• Follow or help develop a consistent visual identity (fonts, color palette, etc.)
• Design reusable templates for faster content production
• Ensure brand coherence across all formats and platforms

Collaboration
• Work closely with the social media manager + me (brand owner)
• Accept and incorporate feedback into revisions
• Help brainstorm creative visual ideas to support promotions or campaigns
• Use AI to maximise output



Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work with both digital and print formats
• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing
• Strong file organization and attention to detail for print prep

Nice-to-Have
• Experience creating visuals for sports, outdoor activities, or events
• Familiarity with Canva (if some assets are co-managed there)
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or Canva Pro)
• Photography or photo editing experience
• Knowledge of Meta Ads image guidelines and platform specs

• 4–6 ready-made Instagram post graphics per month
• 3-5 Facebook Event Covers yearly
• 5-10 Facebook ad visuals optimized for A/B testing
• 3-5 pamphlets yearly (A5 or trifold format)
• Poster design for upcoming events (digital + print versions)
• Editable templates for stories, quotes, and schedule graphics

Workload & Availability
• Must be very reliable on deadlines, or transparent when not possible to meet them. We’re Scandinavian and being on time is in our blood.
• Turnaround time expectations, usually several days, for a bigger project like a pamphlet, a week or more
• Long-term collaboration possible if the fit is right
