Graphic Designer needed for a VIDEO CAMPAIGN!

Hello,
Looking for a graphic designer who can do a motion graphic video for Christmas Campaign
The scene with the model would be provided.
Scene 1: Snowing evening background the Fenghuang bird Phoenix will aper the bird would fly to the model that would be seated on the snow with her eyes closed and the bird will sit on her neck and would be transformed in to a necklace. ( the colour of the Phoenix would be peach, glow silver and blue)
Scene 2: The model would be surprise and happy that she owns the necklace, but after some moments of the model movements the necklace will transform in to the Fenghuang bird Phoenix again and will fly away into different 3 city's and will show the story of the other 2-3 necklaces. (as seen in the moodboard)
More details of the story would be given at the time: I would like the city's to be improvise as the images given in the video moodboard, and the Phoenix bird to be glowing and to have sparking dust at the tail, ( would like the graphic designer to play with his imagination when the other necklaces will appear in the city's the bird can go around the necklace as the video reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLLm3RIKPwM
