Graphic Designer needed for Real Estate Marketing
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking a modern and sleek graphic designer to create Instagram and LinkedIn posts for announcing new commercial properties. The primary objective of these posts is to generate new leads and build brand awareness. This work is for an established commercial real estate company that has been in business for 10 years.
Key Requirements:
- Design posts featuring property images and text descriptions
- Sometimes simple 4 second video clips are included
- Use a modern and sleek design style
- Create engaging content aimed at lead generation
- Look at and understand our current branding and keep within the same esthetics but make improvements and build upon existing brand presence.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven graphic design experience, particularly in social media content
- Strong portfolio of modern and sleek designs
- Experience in real estate marketing a plus
Ideally looking for candidate who can delivery 4-6 of these social media images per month. Would like one person to understand the style, have the templates and be able to quickly (24-48 hours) turn around the posts. Really seeking ongoing relationship with designer who can deliver quality results and grow with our company from a design/branding perspective.
I will send a dropbox link to many photos and the one or two lines of text. You put together and send for approval. Sometimes one edit is needed.
