Graphic Designer needed ... Racing Car Logo

I need a logo put together as part of a gift for my father. Ideally the logo features his racing car, reference photos attached with the name of his former business. The logo should feel classic but rebellious with the concept being able to print on t-shirts. I have also attached a rough mock up of what I think could potentially be a good concept but open to interpretation and creative freedom.
