Graphic Designer for website and NFTs

Hi,
I will need soon (in next week or so) help with designing a website. It is very minimal and simple, not much work there but still some. The draft is attached.
But most important I will need help with creating NFT templates (around 12) in PSD or AI as content for this website. You will be helped (I'll provide renders or other sources), so you will need to combine pictures to make them look good.
I'm not a company, just a regular guy with a very limited budget. The optimal budget for me is $200-400. Content isn't ready yet.
