Graphic Designer for ongoing projects

Looking for a graphic designer to work with on a consistent basis to complete client projects. I need someone who can create print and digital ads for a variety of platforms, create and schedule email blasts in Mail Chimp or Constant Contact and handle design needs for print and digital brochures/sales sheets, etc. Will be happy to set specs, guidelines and budget for each project or project group along with expected timelines. Designer would work with myself or art director on a variety of projects. Proficient English is a plus. I am uploading some past examples of what some upcoming projects will look like and the first one is needed over the weekend.
